Employee Relations

A & K will provide you with the expertise necessary to properly, handle employee problems and employee relations issues. 

• We will provide you with the tools to coach your employees resulting in improved performance. 
• Proper documentation is necessary when handling all employee issues in order to avoid legal pitfalls.  We will guide you through the process of disciplinary action:  i.e. written warnings, terminations, etc.
• It is essential to deal with harassment allegations, discrimination claims, and EEOC charges immediately, objectively, and appropriately.  We can provide you with the appropriate investigation services. 
• A & K can assist you in dealing with attendance issues.
