Owner and HR Consultant

I have 15 plus years of progressive Human Resource experience in a variety of industries including technical recruiting, health care, manufacturing, and construction.  I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and received my Master’s Degree from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.  In 2002 I received my Professional Human Resources Certification.  I am an active member of the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the local chapter Human Resource Association of the Midlands (HRAM).  My well rounded work experience gives me the ability to provide clients with valuable Human Resource services without having to hire a full time HR employee.  My goal is to help my clients and their businesses succeed by implementing sound Human Resource Practices.
